The process

At Vinyes dels Aspres we are sensitive to the need to look after the environment, so we avoid using aggressive synthetic products both in managing the vineyards and in the conservation of the wines.

We preserve the land and the vineyards which our ancestors have passed on to us. In order to 'complete the circle of production' (from the vineyard to the glass), we only work with and harvest grapes from our own properties.

We grow traditional grape varieties that are adapted to the country and which, at the same time, have a more distinct personality, one that characterises our wines and makes them unique.

Time-honoured and established techniques are used to make our wines, along with excellent wood to age it and a great deal of care from the pressing to the bottling.

We innovate and experiment with new techniques and varieties, always aiming for excellence, whilst learning from our mistakes and making the most of our successes.
