Very clear and bright appearance, straw yellow color that hides light golden shades.
The first aromatic impression is very expressive and fresh, giving notes of aniseed, mint, rose, peach pit that culminate in touches of fresh cut herb and citrus.
Glycerol is offered in the mouth, with an integrated and determined acidity, well-structured and alive with now, in a citrix context, some hints of vanilla. It is slightly comples and it guides it to an after-taste that dissolvers into a subtle and pleasant bitterness.

A certain mineralization makes it slightly complex and it guides it to an after-taste that dissolves into a subtle and pleasant bitterness.
